Rogaal Technology Solutions Ltd is a Somali technology company dedicated to helping governments, development organisations, NGOs and private businesses accelerate their digital transformation through innovative, practical and scalable technology solutions. We design and build digital platforms that improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making and enable organisations to deliver better services — through modern information systems, data analytics, artificial intelligence, GIS and cloud technologies.
Our purpose is to bridge the gap between technology and real-world operational challenges. Too many systems in our region are designed elsewhere for conditions that do not exist here: assumed bandwidth, assumed electricity, assumed data maturity. Rogaal builds for the environment our clients actually work in — intermittent connectivity, mixed literacy levels, multilingual users, and a genuine need for accountability at every level. Every engagement follows the same six-stage method. It is deliberately unglamorous: most failed digitisation projects fail at stages one, five and six — not the coding.
